Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix oats, flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter and sugars until smooth.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized dough balls onto parchment paper.
- Place in the air fryer basket, leaving space between cookies.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
