Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F.
- Mix pumpkin puree, sugar, oil, egg, and vanilla.
- Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Stir until combined.
- Divide batter into muffin liners.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes.
- Cool before serving.
