Ingredients

- 4 rainbow carrots (or regular carrots)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and peel the carrots, then cut them into thin fry-shaped strips.
- Toss the carrot strips with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place the carrots in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Use fresh carrots for best results.
