Crispy and flavorful garlic potatoes made easily in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (195°C).
- In a bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, rosemary, and paprika.
- Place potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
- Check for doneness. If needed, cook 5 more minutes.
- Serve hot.

- Cut potatoes evenly for uniform cooking.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
