Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup flaxseeds
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until evenly coated.
- Spread mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Let cool before storing in an airtight container.
