Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, ginger, garlic, and rice vinegar.
  2. Place salmon fillets in the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place salmon in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and cook for 1 more minute.
  6. Divide rice between bowls and top with salmon, carrots, cucumber, and green onions.
  7. Drizzle with any remaining marinade if desired.
