Description
A quick and flavorful side dish combining crispy Brussels sprouts with spicy maple-glazed bacon, made easy in the air fryer.

- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Add chopped bacon to the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add Brussels sprouts and cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Mix maple syrup, smoked paprika, and cayenne in a bowl.
- Toss cooked sprouts and bacon with the maple mixture.
- Return to air fryer for 2 more minutes.
- Serve immediately.

- Cut Brussels sprouts evenly for consistent cooking.
- Adjust cayenne for less heat.
