Quick and easy spooky nachos made in the air fryer for a fun Halloween snack.
Ingredients

- 1 bag (10 oz) tortilla chips
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup corn kernels
- 1/4 cup diced jalapeños
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup guacamole
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread tortilla chips in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Sprinkle shredded cheeses, black beans, corn, and jalapeños evenly over the chips.
- Cook in the air fryer for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Remove from the air fryer and top with black olives.
- Drizzle sour cream, guacamole, and salsa over the nachos.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use a liner or parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Adjust jalapeños to your preferred spice level.
- Add cooked ground beef or chicken for extra protein.
