Description

Delicious air fryer stuffed mushrooms with sausage, cheese, and herbs for a quick appetizer or snack.


Ingredients

  • 12 large white mushrooms, stems removed
  • 1/2 pound ground sausage
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the sausage until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cooked sausage, breadcrumbs, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, oregano, and pepper.
  4. Brush the mushroom caps with olive oil.
  5. Spoon the sausage mixture into each mushroom cap.
  6. Place mushrooms in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes until golden and tender.
  7. Serve warm.
