Description

Crispy air-fried pita pockets filled with a savory stuffing, perfect for a quick and delicious meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 pita bread pockets
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the shredded chicken, bell peppers, onions, cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Stuff each pita pocket with the filling.
  4. Brush the outside of the pita pockets lightly with olive oil.
  5. Place the pita pockets in the air fryer basket and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  6. Serve hot.
