- 1 bell pepper, diced

- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss sweet potatoes, onion, and bell pepper with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Spread evenly in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
- Check for doneness. Cook 3-5 more minutes if needed.
- Serve hot.
