- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp tikka masala paste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes.
- Mix yogurt, tikka masala paste, lemon juice, garlic powder, ginger powder, cumin, paprika, and salt in a bowl.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade, coating evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 3 minutes.
- Toss marinated chicken with oil.
- Place chicken in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Garnish with cilantro before serving.
Notes
- Double the marinade if you prefer saucier chicken.
- Marinate overnight for deeper flavor.
- Serve with naan or rice.
