Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp tikka masala paste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Mix yogurt, tikka masala paste, lemon juice, garlic powder, ginger powder, cumin, paprika, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add chicken cubes to the marinade, coating evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 3 minutes.
  5. Toss marinated chicken with oil.
  6. Place chicken in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  8. Garnish with cilantro before serving.

  • Double the marinade if you prefer saucier chicken.
  • Marinate overnight for deeper flavor.
