Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk (or plant-based milk)
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Optional toppings: berries, nuts, or yogurt
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix oats, milk, mashed banana, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
- Pour the mixture into a greased oven-safe dish that fits in your air fryer.
- Place the dish in the air fryer and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Check for doneness—the oats should be firm but moist.
- Remove, let cool slightly, and add toppings if desired.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Use gluten-free oats if needed.
- For a thicker texture, reduce milk by 1-2 tbsp.
