Description

A quick and easy breakfast option made by baking oats in an air fryer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (or plant-based milk)
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings: berries, nuts, or yogurt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix oats, milk, mashed banana, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased oven-safe dish that fits in your air fryer.
  4. Place the dish in the air fryer and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  5. Check for doneness—the oats should be firm but moist.
  6. Remove, let cool slightly, and add toppings if desired.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • Use gluten-free oats if needed.
  • For a thicker texture, reduce milk by 1-2 tbsp.
