- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a baking pan.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Top with diced apples.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce after cooling.
