Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup melted butter
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 8 oz whipped topping
  • 6 oz strawberry gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and 3 tablespoons sugar. Press into a 9×13-inch pan.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
  4. Beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
  5. Spread cream cheese mixture over cooled crust.
  6. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in strawberries.
  7. Pour gelatin mixture over cream cheese layer.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
