Ingredients

- 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken slices and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes, stir for 30 seconds.
- Toss in zucchini slices and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Pour soy sauce over the mixture and stir well.
- Season with salt and pepper, serve hot.

- Use fresh zucchini for best texture.
- Adjust red pepper flakes for desired spice level.
- Serve over rice or noodles if preferred.
