- 4 pork chops (1 inch thick)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat pork chops dry with paper towels.
- Rub olive oil on both sides of each chop.
- Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle seasoning mix evenly on both sides of each chop.
- Place chops in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flip, then cook for 8 more minutes.
- Check internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
