Instructions
- Mix chia seeds, almond milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and pumpkin spice in a bowl.
- Stir well and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Once thickened, layer the chia pudding with Greek yogurt in a glass.
- Top with granola and serve chilled.
