Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Mix sweet chili sauce and soy sauce.
- Toss roasted sprouts with sauce.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion.
