Crispy rice paper samosas made in an air fryer for a healthier version of the classic snack. Easy to prepare with simple ingredients.

- 6 rice paper sheets
- 1 cup mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup cooked peas
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp oil (for brushing)
- Water (for soaking rice paper)
Instructions
- Soak one rice paper sheet in warm water for 10 seconds until soft.
- Lay it flat and place 1-2 tbsp of the potato-pea filling in the center.
- Fold the sides inward, then roll tightly to form a samosa shape.
- Brush lightly with oil.
- Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- Place samosas in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
Notes
- Keep rice paper moist but not too wet to avoid tearing.
- Adjust spices to taste.
- Use any leftover filling for wraps or rolls.
