Ingredients

- 1 lb ground pork
- 2 cups coleslaw mix
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- In a bowl, mix ground pork, coleslaw mix, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
- Transfer mixture to the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and rice vinegar.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- Use ground chicken or turkey as a substitute for pork.
- Add sriracha for extra spice.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
