Ingredients

- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 banana, mashed
- 1/4 cup milk (any type)
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional mix-ins: chocolate chips, nuts, berries
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- In a bowl, mix oats, mashed banana, milk, honey, baking powder, vanilla, and salt.
- Stir in any optional mix-ins.
- Pour into a greased oven-safe ramekin.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes until set.
- Let cool slightly before eating.
Notes
- Use gluten-free oats if needed.
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
