- 1/2 cup fresh or dried cranberries
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream sugar and butter, then mix in the egg.
- Stir in orange juice and zest.
- Fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture until combined.
- Gently fold in cranberries.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan that fits your air fryer.
- Air fry for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.

- Check doneness at 25 minutes to avoid over-baking.
- Use fresh cranberries for a tangier taste.
- Adjust sugar if using sweetened dried cranberries.
